- Block Leave Days: Users with Employee permissions will be restricted from requesting leave days on dates that have previously been blocked. Users with Scheduling permissions will still be able to submit the request.
- Leave & Availability on Schedule: Users can set Leave and Availability to be visible on the grid so that it’s easier for them to plan their time.

You asked for it-you got it! Humanity is now available in Dark Mode. Choose your preferred appearance in Settings.
In ShiftPlanning, within the All tab view, you can now select the filter you most frequently use as the default filter.
And last, but certainly not least, we updated our Privacy Policy and provided you with a link to export a copy of your personal data from Humanity.

Welcome to the redesigned Humanity app! You’ll still find what you need in the exact same place you left it, just with a brighter layout.
Also, now you can copy the content from Shift Notes, with URLs, emails, and phone numbers being tappable and actionable. On the Dashboard and the ShiftPlanning module, you’ll see icons indicating notes attached to individual shifts.
In the Leave module, users will be prompted to state the type of leave they’re requesting before setting other details.

My Hours section now combines hours from both the Schedule and Timesheet, deducts unpaid scheduled breaks and makes calculating time at work even easier.
New employees can now activate their accounts directly from the mobile app.
Our latest setting enables managers to limit last-minute changes in shift assignments. Managers can now set deadlines for requesting shift trades, drops, and releases. This disables the “Can’t Work” button and notifies employees that new timeframes have been set.
